Ambient Recruiting

Launched June 2026

In February 2025, the HR division (and namesake) of my employer Axios Incorporated was sold. I led the charge in consolidating and rebranding our remaining 5 recruiting divisions across West and Northern Michigan into one overarching brand. Through phases of thorough research, brainstorming, and design, we created a new brand for our recruiting divisions: ‘Ambient Recruiting’. I designed our logo, wordmark, icon and entire accompanying visual identity. I also collaborated heavily in all sales assets, promo material, and website design.
