Micah Veldkamp

Graphic Designer

I was born and raised in West Des Moines, Iowa, but I attended Calvin College (now University) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating with a degree in Graphic Design, I've settled into life here in GR and currently work as a designer at Axios Inc. 

I’m a multi-faceted and efficient designer with 10+ years of experience in branding, product design, graphic asset development, print & digital marketing, and package design, among other things. Past employers and clients include amazing partnerships in the sports, music, apparel, and non-profit industries.

I'm a sneakerhead, a music enthusiast, and a college sports lover (Fight for Iowa!). I spend my free time reading books on the history of basketball, watching mediocre British competition shows on Netflix (and Community for the eighth time), and playing barefoot golf with my friends. If I’m not at home, you can find me at one of GR’s local coffee shops!
